What is this?

Feline Curious is a newsletter for veterinarians who see cats in practice. I'm Levente Dégi, a board-certified feline veterinarian - an ABVP Diplomate in Feline Practice.

A lot of feline research gets published. Not much of it reaches you in a form you can use on a Tuesday morning. That's the gap I'm trying to close: how to work up the presentations you actually see, what the evidence supports, what's changed on the treatment front - and, where it matters, what a study shows and what it doesn't.

Longer than what I post on LinkedIn - room for the full reasoning rather than a single idea.

My focus is the aging cat. That's where subtle signs, overlapping conditions, and early detection make the difference between a good outcome and a missed one. Though the same approach applies whatever the patient's age, and some issues will go wherever the interesting question is.
